Insect screens
Insect screens for windows and doors
On a warm summer evening, you want to open the windows without letting in mosquitoes and flies. Insect screens for windows, doors and sliding doors make that possible. We make them to fit your windows and doors and finish them in the same colour as your window and door frames, so they blend almost unnoticed into the façade.

For every window and every door

A fly screen for windows clicks quickly into place on the opening window. In winter, you can leave the screen in place or store it away.

Your sliding door can have a made-to-measure insect screen too. We fit a rail at the top and bottom, along which the screen slides across the outside of the sliding door.

Keep out the mosquitoes, not the view
You can hardly see a good insect screen. The fine mesh lets air and light through and keeps insects out. Our insect screens fit all Winsol windows, doors and sliding doors, and they are finished in the same colour as your window and door frames.
Having new windows fitted? Then include the insect screens in your quote straight away. That way we measure everything in one go.
Questions we often get
Do insect screens also fit windows that aren't made by Winsol?
That depends on the type of window and the space in the window reveal. We're happy to take a look on site.
Do I need to remove the insect screen in winter?
No need. You can leave it in place or simply unclip it and store it away.
How is it different from a solar screen?
A solar screen is sun protection that also keeps insects out when it's lowered. An insect screen always stays in place, so you can open your window and still enjoy all the light from outside.
