How we work
This is how we work
Having new windows or sun protection fitted isn't something you do every year. So we keep it simple: six clear steps, and always the same people as your point of contact.

Getting to know you
You call us, email us or fill in the quote form. We briefly discuss what you'd like done and arrange a time to come round.
Home visit and measuring
We look at your home, listen to what you want and show you the options. We measure everything precisely ourselves and check straight away what's needed on the electrical side.
A tailored quote
You receive a detailed quote with the products, colours and finish you've chosen. Clear, and with no obligation.
Ordering and scheduling
Once you agree, we order everything made to measure from Winsol. As soon as production is scheduled, we agree the installation date with you.
Installation and connection
We install the windows, doors or sun protection and connect the motors, switches and controls ourselves. We work tidily and clean up afterwards.
Handover and aftercare
We go through everything together and show you how to operate it all. Got a question later on? Just give us a call.
Useful to have ready
You don't need to prepare anything, but this information makes the home visit go even more smoothly.
- An idea of which windows, doors or sun protection you want to replace or add
- Photos of your façade or of the existing windows
- Building plans, if it's a new build or a renovation
- Your preferred colour and style, or examples you like
- For electrical work, a photo of your fuse box
New build or renovation
For a new build, we like to get involved early. That way we can include the built-in roller shutters or built-in screens in the plans from the start, and the cabling ends up in the right place.
For a renovation, we replace windows and doors while you're living in the house. We agree in advance how we'll work, and we make sure your home is always locked up in the evening.
VAT and grants
Renovating a home that is more than ten years old? Then, subject to conditions, the reduced VAT rate of 6% applies. We apply the correct rate on your quote.
Grants are sometimes available for energy-saving renovations, such as better insulating glazing. The rules change regularly, so check the current conditions on vlaanderen.be (the Flemish government's website) or ask your municipality's energy advice desk (energieloket). We provide the technical details you need for your application.
